What You'll Do: As a vital member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional support and solutions to the JENSEN business community. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering Business with Expertise: Respond to day-to-day support tickets for our Dynamics AX 2012 application, focusing on enhancing Supply Chain Management processes.
  • Architecting Solutions: Drive business process solution projects, from gathering business scenarios to defining functional design. You'll also lead unit and integration testing, create engaging training materials, and provide hands-on support during implementation.
  • Collaboration at Its Best: Collaborate closely with our team of Business Process specialists and Consultants to design and maintain effective solutions that align perfectly with business requests.
  • Analyzing and Resolving: Harness the power of JENSEN-GROUP tools to analyze, document, and resolve application inquiries, issues, and opportunities, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Envisioning the Future: Contribute to the evolution of our application, adapting it to support the dynamic nature of our business. Embrace new technologies, further develop AI and new ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leading the Upgrade: Play a key role in preparing and guiding the business community through the upgrade of Dynamics AX 2012 to "Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management."

Qualifications and Education Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX2012 business processes in the Supply Chain Management domain. Alternatively, 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management will be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with users, understand functional requirements, and troubleshoot effectively. Proficiency in German, Spanish, or French will be an added advantage.
  • The ability to comprehend and contribute to business requirements, effectively communicating changes at both technical and functional levels.
  • A strong willingness to learn and share knowledge with fellow members of the Business Process team.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics AX Project, Financial modules, or CRM modules is a plus.
