Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist for Sales, Service and Field Service,

Your responsibilities will include:
- Digitalization and development of the service and sales processes
- First and second level support for D365 Sales, Service and Field Service, Microsoft Power automate
- Training and supporting our global teams
- Managing the reporting based on Power BI
Your background must include:
- Advanced knowledge in CRM and customer support processes is a prerequisite
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Any additional languages provide an advantage: German, Italian, French, Danish
