Highlights
- Excellent feeding quality for large piece linen for the hospitality and healthcare sector, including light and heavy linen, like duvet covers and tablecloths
- Feeding principle: Fast, light and durable feeding beam with bar clamp
- Support ‘wings’ support linen transfer across the entire feeding beam for optimum transfer results
- Small piece feeding possible by raising bridge between feeder and ironer
- One lane from three or four feeding stations
- Working width: 3000, 3300 and 3500 mm (118”, 130”, 138”)

High quality feeding of large piece linen
- Lower vacuum box with large pick-up rollers ensure that longer and heavier linen are properly shaken and spread.
- Rotating support wings support linen across the entire length of the feeding beam
- Spreading belts backed with vacuum support ensure linen is flattened and pressed against spreading belts for optimal spreading.
High capacity edge-to-edge feeding
- The next item can be spread before the previous item has been fed because the vacuum box allows the spreading of a new piece while treating the trailing edge of the previous piece.
- Additionally, trailing edge sensors maximum production pieces per hour by recognizing the trailing edge of the previous piece and automatically timing production of the next piece to achieve edge-to-edge feeding, even in mixed production.

Small piece feeding
- Bridge between feeder and ironer can be raised to allow for manual small-piece feeding directly into the ironer.
- Compared to standard feeders that lower the bridge, there is more working space between the two machines.
